Please provide a User ID and password for the system. The User ID will make up your e-mail address and be your account name. It may be between 3 and 8 characters in length, may contain letters and numbers, and MUST NOT be offensive.

Accounts are created within 24 hours of receipt of payment and billed in advance. Invoices (or renewal notices) arrive by email 30 days before payment is due.	G.S.T. is required, P.S.T. is not. Cheques, if any, should be made payable to Sentex Communications. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to The Max! Plan:

This is not a dedicated connection. Your connection may be active for a maximum of 6 hours at a time. After this time you will be disconnected. You may, however, reconnect immediately if you wish. Sentex reserves the right to reset a connection at any time without notice.
You must be in front of your computer, using your Sentex connection. You cannot use email or a ping program (or any other "keep alive" program) to keep your connection active.
This Unlimited plan may not be used for a corporate account or by any business. We also do not allow domain hosting or static IP addresses with this account.
This plan does not support concurrent logins from the same or different locations. That means you cannot share your account with others, and you also cannot use a double-modem connection (multilink).
You cannot run server software on your computer.
When the line usage percentage starts to rise above an acceptable level (i.e. during normal heavy usage times), subscribers to the unlimited plan who have been online the longest will be disconnected. This is to enable us to honour our "No Busy Signal" policy.
