Mail Robots

A Mail Robot allows you to create an account that sends an automated reply to the sender while forwarding the original email to one or more individuals. For example, you could set up a Mail Robot called "info" and when someone sends an email to "info@email.com", they get an automated reply. At the same time, the sender's email is forwarded to the address of your choice "bob@email.com".

New Mail Robot

  1. Click on the "New Mail Robot" link.

  2. Enter the name of the email address in the "Mail Robot Name" field.  This Mail Robot will automatically create the email address. e.g. info@email.com

  3. Type the email address that you want all mail forwarded to in the "Send copy to:" field

  4. Type in a generic subject in the "Subject" field.

  5. Type in the body of your message in the large text box.

  6. Click "Add"

Delete Mail Robot

  1. To delete a mail robot click on the trashcan under the "Delete" column.

  2. You will be asked to confirm the deletion of the Mail Robot.
    Click the "Delete Mail Robot" button to delete the email account.

Modify Mail Robot

  1. To modify a mail robot click on the pen & paper under the "Modify" Column.

  2. Change the information that you want to Modify.

  3. Click on the "Modify Mail Robot" button to save the changes.
